Two of my published articles are closely related. I interviewed Zabby Allen about her previous mini mag publication 'The Procrastination Paper'. This was published in Cleverish magazine here. Zabby closed down the publication in April 2022 but you can still follow her on Insta here. This article received no paid fees to me, I wrote this for free to gain exposure/build a writing portfolio.
My article that was published in the mini mag in May 2019, of which, the theme was 'Adventure' (as pictured above), was for the Nostalgia hit. I gave my thoughts on growing up in the 90s without smart phones and all the technology we are used to now, in this modern age! If you want to have a read, please get in touch and I'll happily share the article with you! Although I didn't receive any paid fees for this article, I was given two free copies of this issue.

Also around the same time, in March/April 2019 Beckie Beans was producing a mag called 'Kind Humans'. Beckie put out a call for mental health stories and I answered! This is mine. Now, in January 2023, after coming to a self-diagnosis of Autism and ADHD, I very much wonder if my ups and downs were truly bi-polar related. Or that the ups are attributed to the thrill seeking side of the ADHD and the downs were simply Autistic burnout! I am hoping to write a blog post soon about discovering my neurodivergence and will explore all of my deep thoughts on this! Watch this space!
